Problem with IF Formule

Hi All.

Got a problem with a IF formule we are busy with migrate all our excel sheets to powerpivot.
Got this problem

The normal excel formule is this:
=IF(D3=0,"NA",B3/D3)
B3 = F5
D3 = F13

I made the first part in powerpivot only don't get the IF part in mine formule: =SUM('data'[F5]) / SUM('data'[F13])
