PROBLEM with VLOOKUP...

Sir,

I am having huge database with the date of birth of each member, Now i want to extract those members names whom birthday falls in the specified month.

Welcome to the board

Why can't you run a query in the database itself, then export the results into Excel? Seems to be to be a waste of resources if you're trying to export the whole database table and then filter for below
