Progress bar in sending email via outlook

I have a almost 7 mb workbook. I have written a code to send active workbook via outlook. The code works fine but it takes almost 30-40 secs to send it. Is it possible to add a progress bar in there to show the users email in progress?

I am not sure how easy it is to do... You may try creating a seperate workbook, with a holding sheet telling the user to wait. Then open this before running your macro and close it straight after.
