Good morning,
I want to change all the words except for PAIDLAE to Proper format among all the worksheets in a file.
Any ideas will be appreciated.

Excel Facts

Last used cell?
Press Ctrl+End to move to what Excel thinks is the last used cell.
Try this on a copy of your workbook:
Code:
Sub ProperFormat()
Dim sh As Worksheet, except As String
except = "PAIDLAE"
For Each sh In ActiveWorkbook.Sheets
    With sh
        On Error Resume Next
        For Each c In .UsedRange.SpecialCells(xlCellTypeConstants, 2)
            If c.Value <> UCase(except) Then c.Value = _
               Application.WorksheetFunction.Proper(c.Value)
        Next c
    End With
    On Error GoTo 0
Next sh
End Sub
