Hi All,

I have a list of Locations which can have values of, "AREA 1 NSW", "AREA 2 QLD" and few others as well. This list has 51 unique values and at this stage, "NSW" is the only value that the Proper formula doesn't work as I need.

Desired Result.

Area 1 NSW
Area 2 Qld.

I can use the Proper formula, but this converts the "AREA 1 NSW" to "Area 1 Nsw".

Can anyone come up with a formula that will give me my disired results?

Cell reference would start from L3.

Cheers
Haydn
