Protecting a project

I have put weeks into perfecting a worksheet for my company. There are userforms that end users can use to input the data. I have disabled the Close button on the various userforms and that will keep everyone's hands off the calculations, etc, on the worksheets. My problem is there are a few that know to Ctrl+Break and use Alt 11 for access to the VBA editor. Is there anyway to password protect to prevent access?

In the VBE, Tools > VBA Project Properties, Protection tab. Check Lock Project for Viewing and supply a password then click OK. Save, close and re-open the workbook to see the effect.

Note: this won't stop a determined hacker.
