Hi

Can anyone please advise how I can protect my Pivot Chart formatting and Chart Type when refreshing data on a Pivot Table?
I have set up a line/column on 2 axis as a default, but it keeps going back to 2 bar graph and all my scaling etc has been lost.

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
Try recording a macro with the PT refresh and formatting it. run the macro to refresh

Thanks Lenze, that's probably the best way. I thought there may have been some settings I missed, but a macro seems the most sensible.

Cheers
