How can I protect a workbook so no one can change any of the cells within the sheets.

I still need them to be able to access each sheet and be able to navigate either by scrolling or with the arrow keys or be able to highlight a row or column. Also I would need for them to be able to print any of the sheets.

Going to Tool > Protection > workbook > structure does not do it.

Thanks

Tried that also. This does not allow the user to highlight rows or columns or to navigate with arrow keys.

The sheets have about 40 coumns and it makes it easier to view info in a row if yu could highlight a row by clicking on the row number then scroll to the right.

Sorry, I figured out what I was doing wrong.

I had the "select locked and unlocked cells" chek box unchecked.

Works correctly for what I'm doing.
