Hi looking for help, I'm not sure where to start. Based on days not hours and 5 day work week I'm looking to figure out how many employees I will need to have scheduled per day to cover all PTO available. The more complicated part is as I limit certain week, like holiday week, to say 5 employees I want the rest of the days to populate/increase the number of employees off the rest of the days though out the year. I want to be able to do this for multiple weeks. Thanks for the help.

Example if I have a 4 week month and i have 40 employees and lets say for the exercise here all have to take it in this one month than i would need 10 employees per week. However if I say change that in week 3 only 6 people can be off then week 1, 2, 4 would need 11 people off to cover all 40 employees.

Hi, If you can share this workbook, without data, I think I would help you, I have create several Payroll sheets, very complicate with a big lot of customization.

Or put every sheet using add-in specifically for this and it can be found here XL2BB
