Pulling data from website to an excel spreadsheet

Hello, I'm extremely new to this so bear with me.

I'm looking for a way to make pulling information from an Insurance License report website to an excel spreadsheet much easier. The records would be identified with a specific number.

is there anything I can do here?

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
many guides to web scraping, be sure it is legal to access that site like that
