Pulling out identical cells within two columns

Hi guys, I simply have two columns of names. I just want a third column that lists the names that are both in column 1 and 2. and a fourth column with names that arent in both lists.

Select a hidden cell
Somehide hide payroll data in column G? Press F5. Type G1. Enter. Look in formula bar while you arrow down through G.
Try this for the matches...
