Purge table into a different worksheet

Hi

Is it possible to purge a table on Sheet 1 into Sheet 2?

I have a list of documents on Sheet 1 which lists the Document Name, version number, and date.

If there is more than 1 version, this is listed in the table - so there is Document 1 with 4 entries if there are 4 versions.

Is it possible to purge the table so that Sheet 1 only shows the most recent version, whilst sheet 2 maintains a rolling list of the previous versions?

With VBA sure.
We would need a lot more information if you want us to write something for you though.
eg
Actual sheet name for both sheets.
If excel tables are used for both what is the table name for each sheet.
XL2BB sample for both sheets. If the format is identical then maybe just the one you want to purge.
Is the combination of Document and Version unique or do you need date to make it unique ?
How much data is there on the sheet to be purged ?
