Quality of Inserted Picture in Footer copied from Cell isn't good

I have to make a footer in Excel which contains more than 255 words. So i have decided to make it a picture ( Copy as picture) and Paste it. The problem is while inserting as footer photo quality doesn't remain same. It seems copy when printed option is good but the quality is heavily compromised.

Help me out, please. An alternative solution is also welcomed.
