Question on Graphs

Hello my friends
I have a question about Excel Graphs:
In XL2003 it was possible to modify the data source of a serie by moving the node on the graph; i.e. the data set the points on the graph, but if you select and move a point then the data source was updated accordingly.
This is no longer possible on the newer Office version (at least from XL2010 on)
Do you know if there is a setting to still enable this option?

No, there isn't - it was removed with the new chart engine in 2007. You could embed a MS Graph object, which still has that functionality, but it's very clunky.
