Quick Link to Standard Form

Hi all,

I have been trying (and searching) for a way to add a quick link (button maybe) to a spreadsheet so that the ‘standard’ form opens. It is a shared doc so want to make it very user friendly!
My data is already in a table, so just looking for a way to click a link to open the standard form to update the data.
Any ideas if this is possible? I am losing the will to live with it!
