The original creator of a spreadsheet has left the company and I have inherited the Excel spreadsheet.

The spreadsheet 1st tab INPUTDATA purpose is to input/enter all data.

Another tab, is for reporting purposes. Click a button and displays the relevant data.

Another tab Formulas that contains Task due as a drop down list

TASK DUE
Police Check Due
WWCC Check Due
H&E Check Due
Annual Review Due
Medical Due
Service Agree Due
Carer COC Due
Childsafe COC Due
Standard Bushfire Due
High Risk Due
Training Due
Supervision Due

Users have added and deleted data. The issue is now with reporting, when click a button it no longer displays the correct new data.

The reporting tab has links to the tab. =INPUTDATA
At the top are buttons to filter the data by Tasks Due.
eg click button, WWCC Due. displays all data for WWC Due

The data is formatted as a Table.

The buttons are slicers to Task Due.

Slicer settings.jpg

it appears when a slicer button is selected, it obtains data from the INPUTDATA tab with a formula. For example if slicer button selected from INPUTDATA tab
PPC Due, obtain column V
WWC DUE, obtain column W
H&E Due, obtain column Y
..etc

The slicer has are no Report Connections.

My questions are
How can I find out how this is all setup /linked up/ formulas running from the slicers if that is possible?

Excel Facts

When did Power Query debut in Excel?
Although it was an add-in in Excel 2010 & Excel 2013, Power Query became a part of Excel in 2016, in Data, Get & Transform Data.
If a slicer has no report connections it is a slicer tied directly to a table. No formulas involved.

Thank you @jkp-ads.com yes all good. yes you are right.

I finally got to the bottom of this. its a slicer directly to the report table. Although it appears its 'linked' to tab INPUTDATA, its not. The first 111 rows are 'linked' to tab INPUTDATA, however from row 112 the data is manually added. which is why data is not displaying in the reports.

Make sure the table spans all rows with data. It looks like somehow the table's automatic resizing with more data has been turned off for some user?
