Hi all,

Is there a way to make sure there is no space at the end of cells?

For example: let's say I have cells with info in them ("Hello"), how can I be sure it doesn't look like ("Hello ")?

You can use TRIM to remove leading and trailing spaces

=TRIM(A1)

I have never used the TRIM function before. How do I make sure it only takes off spaces at the end and nothing else?

This can be done with VBA. VBA has LTrim and RTrim to remove leading and trailing spaces.
