I am working my way through Bullen, Bovey and Green's Professional Excel Development a second time. I am trying to fully digest two ideas that I have not used before: raising custom events and implementing an interface.
My one and only quibble with the authors is that they could include a few diagrams to try to graphically depict the logic and/or structure of what they are discussing. I'm sure that would have added a lot more work to the project and thus it was not done. However in an effort to make sure I am grasping the concept I have tried to create a graphic.
If you have read (and understood) this book or if you are well versed in the issues above I would appreciate some feedback on whether I have missed or misunderstood any key points on the example they gave for using the raising of a custom event.
Tonight I will re-read chapter eleven and when done, will attempt to create a similar graphic to try to describe using the Implements statement.
