Range of all cells containing specific text

I would liek to have a help where i have certain cell in one sheet i want to insert in it a formula related to if conditional and this formula states that if i slelect in another sheet a certain range of cells which are /or contains closed status then the cell in another sheet will display achieved text however not acheived text if it was not containing closed or even one of the selected range of cells doesnt contain a closed status
