I have a database with employee information. We are now basing seniority on a point system. I've got the points summed but that sum to change the rank of the person automaticaly. I have 1 table with id numbers, names and rank. 1 table with the points. I have a query totalling the points. Primary key is the id numbers. Any ideas? Using Access 2003.
