I have a database with employee information. We are now basing seniority on a point system. I've got the points summed but that sum to change the rank of the person automaticaly. I have 1 table with id numbers, names and rank. 1 table with the points. I have a query totalling the points. Primary key is the id numbers. Any ideas? Using Access 2003.

Meant to say I've got the points summed but I'm trying get that sum to change the persons rank when it changes.

I tried that one but couldn't get it to work. I haven't written a formula for access since 1997 so I'm a bit rusty...
