Ranking cells lowest to highest excluding blank cells

I need to figure out how to rank highest to lowest excluding blank cells. I figured out how to rank lowest
 

Excel Facts

Copy a format multiple times
Select a formatted range. Double-click the Format Painter (left side of Home tab). You can paste formatting multiple times. Esc to stop
Sort by date Sort by votes
enter with control+shift+enter. also this takes it that you are entering from first row down.

=SMALL(IF(A:A="","",A:A),ROW())
