Ranking within a Filtered List

I am attempting to insert rankings based on a %change column. The formula works beautifully until the % is 0, which should make that row excluded from the ranking.

The attached is the formula used.

=SUMPRODUCT(SUBTOTAL(3,OFFSET($G$12:$G$83,ROW($G$12:$G$83)-MIN(ROW($G$12:$G$83)),0,1)),--(G12<$G$12:$G$83))+1


How can I get the fields with 0% excluded from the ranking?
