I want to match col-A with col-b and then find any duplicate with formula not conditional formatting.

I don't understand how that request relates to the data you gave in post #9.

Perhaps you could gives some other sample data and the expected results and explain in relation to those samples how you get the expected results?

I share the data sample and their expected results, I have text string in Col-A, in Col-b it will be the sub string parts of the string of col-A, in col-c one part of this sub-string if match in col-A string part then count in next col how much time. similarly the other part of this substring if match or not with the part of string of col-a and how many times is as under:-
