Waterfall charts in Excel?
Office 365 customers have access to Waterfall charts since late 2016. They were added to Excel 2019.
As you work on your Excel file, Office creates a temporary version of the file as a backup. If you save the a File overwriting a previous version, you may be lucky and find a backup file in the temporary files.

With your Excel file open, select > "File" > Info

Select option "Recover Unsaved Workbooks"

If one is shown, choose the file in question and click to Open it.

If this is does not work, another option could be if your file is on a corporate network, contacting your IT people to see if they can recover an earlier version of your file.

I think you mean - File > Info?
If not a feature of your version then can only suggest other option mentioned if that is available to you

Hi to all.
Recovering from overwriting is a very big problem. For Excel 2K7 you can find some help here LINK (supposed to be what @dmt32 said but for 2K7) but you need to be very very lucky because if you find a copy it would be very old. You will have to try every listed file, if any, because they don't hold the original name.
Elsewise, if you are using a recent Operating System (Windows 7 or later), you could also try to right-click your file / choose Properties / and go to the Previous Versions tab (if any, even here it would be an old version).
