Reference a tab label in a cell

Is this possible?

I simply want to reference the tab label name in a cell. When I change the tab name, I want the cell to change also.

I simply want to reference the tab label name in a cell. When I change the tab name, I want the cell to change also.

Here's another one...

=MID(CELL("filename",A1),FIND("]",CELL("filename",A1))+1,31)

The file must have beeen saved and given a name for this to work.
