Referencing a cell & output required

In my Excel workbook, there are 2 ws: tab named "4" & "5" respectively.
In 4:
AA2='5'!Z13

Output required: in cell AJ2 : the value in cell D13 of ws "5" by using reference to the cell content of AA2.
How to accomplish?

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
if Z13 countains a numerical value then what do you mean by

I don't understand what "513.35" has to do with referencing the cell D13 of ws "5"...
