Referencing a date based on criteria from two other columns

Hello,
I need to know how to reference the next recurring expiration date based on two other columns. Here is an example:

I want to populate a separate cell in a form on another worksheet with the expiration date of the product we have in inventory that is closest to expiration. In this case, that would be lot: 5-600, expiration 3/32/3012 because it is the oldest item in on hand inventory (Add means Purchased). The idea is, someone will paste this data into the data tab, and the form will automatically populate based on this information Any thoughts?

I appreciate you want to calculate this on separate sheets, however, this is for sake of demo.

In the above Col H is designed to be as efficient as possible though assumes data is sorted by Lot No (A-Z) ... there are then 2 final arrays used to retrieve the Lot & Date.

Note: in the example above I modified the sample to illustrate 5-602 expiring prior to 5-600 though both have "valid" inventory values.

Hopefully this gives some idea... doing the same without use of Col H (and or User Defined Function) will be possible but inefficient (IMO).
