Hi Expert,

I have a workbook, with many worksheets & formula within. At times when it is saved as some different version or opened in some other system, all the formula cells are updated as "0", . Tried using F9 to update the calculations but it doesnt work, and I have to individually go and enter each cell to refersh the formula.

Is there any way, to automatically refresh the calculation, evrytime workbook is opened or data source is refreshed.

Appreciate your advice.

Thanks,
Regards,
Alka

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Do you have auto calculations switched off? GO to Office button - excel options - formulas - look at workbook calculation - ensure this is automatic

what formula's do you have? If for example you have any linked to another unopened workbook this could be the reason

Could you perhaps post a formula and the result? Are the cells your formula is based on static? Or do they contain any external links?
