Hi,

I have a workbook in a folder that I have recorded a macro, so that when an object is clicked with the macro assigned to it, it does the following

Highlights a print area
Sets print area
Opens Save as
changes the filename
Changes file type to PDF
Saves the highlighted area as aPDF.

This all works great

However, if I duplicate the folder and change its name the macro fails as it is trying to save to the original location, meaning I am unable to run the workbook and the macro on another computer or in another folder.

Is there a way to update the macro automatically as the file is renamed?

Thanks

How to change case of text in Excel?
Use =UPPER() for upper case, =LOWER() for lower case, and =PROPER() for proper case. PROPER won't capitalize second c in Mccartney
I suspect you have the filename in the code wrong but hard to tell without seeing it
