Hello- I have column with sales order number. If there are multiple items in one order, the order number repeat in the column as shown in column B. However, I actually need to bring in shipping cost for each order so when I do a v look-up, the shipping shows duplicate for multi items. However, I just need to show only once the the shipping cost. Is there way to eliminate the duplicate when I,m doing a v looking up. As you can see in the example in column D, the shipping cost shows is a v looking up and causing a duplicates whereas it should have been just once.

Let's say that the data you show is in the range A1:D7 (with row 1 being the header row).
And let's represent your current VLOOKUP function as VLOOKUP(x).
Then you could enter this formula in cell D2 and copy down to D7:
