Remove items from a pivot table field

Is there a quicker way of removing items from a pivot table field than clicking them off one by one, with the mouse, from the drop down list?

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.

That depends on your version of excel - I believe only excel 2002 and after have that feature
