I made formula in a query field for one of my tables (i.e. Expr1: [Profit]/[SupplierPrice]) and the calculation comes out correct but it shows as a negative percentage value. How do I get rid of the negative sign so it shows as a positive percentage value?

Excel Facts

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
If A2:A50000 contain data. Enter a formula in B2. Select B2. Double-click the Fill Handle and Excel will shoot the formula down to B50000.
In your expression multiply what you currently have by -1

Is one of the values negative? ie, you make a loss and not a profit?
If so, you would surely need to keep the negative sign. Otherwise, you can just use the Abs function to always get a positive value:
Abs([Profit]/[SupplierPrice])
