Hi all,

I have a macro that generates a PDF of the active worksheet and attaches it to a new email however it currently displays as the workbook name as per the code but I get an error if I try to change it to a range.

Could someone kindly assist?

Code:
Sub Adcorp_PDF()
'
' Adcorp_PDF Macro
'

'
   Dim strPath As String, strFName As String
    Dim OutApp As Object, ObjMail As Object
    Dim signature As String

   strPath = Environ$("temp") & "\"

    strFName = ActiveWorkbook.Name
    strFName = Left(strFName, InStrRev(strFName, ".") - 1) & "_" & ActiveSheet.Range("A8").Value & ".pdf"

    ActiveSheet.ExportAsFixedFormat Type:=xlTypePDF, Filename:= _
        strPath & strFName, Quality:=xlQualityStandard, _
        IncludeDocProperties:=True, IgnorePrintAreas:=False, OpenAfterPublish:=False

           With Application
        .EnableEvents = False
        .ScreenUpdating = False
    End With

Set OlApp = Outlook.Application
   Set ObjMail = OlApp.CreateItem(olMailItem)

   On Error Resume Next
    With ObjMail
        ObjMail.To = Worksheets("client information").Range("B12")
       .CC = ""
        .BCC = ""
        ObjMail.Subject = Range("A8") & " - Quarterly Rebate Adjustment Note"
        ObjMail.HTMLBody = "Test" & strHTMLBody & ObjMail.Body
        .Attachments.Add strPath & strFName
        .Display

   End With

   Kill strPath & strFName
    On Error GoTo 0
    Set ObjMail = Nothing
    Set OutApp = Nothing

'
End Sub

Excel Facts

Convert text numbers to real numbers
Select a column containing text numbers. Press Alt+D E F to quickly convert text to numbers. Faster than "Convert to Number"
Sorry all, i've worked it out.

Solution:
Code:
strFName = "Rebate Adjustment Note - " & ActiveSheet.Range("A8").Value & " - " & Format(DateSerial(Year(Now), Month(Now) - 1, 1), "MMMM") & " " & Year(Now()) & ".pdf"
