Repeat : counting blanks dynamic range

Hi,

I have a list several columns wide and need to count the blanks in a column in the list, looking through the forum there are a few array formulas.

Is there a way to count blanks in Col B if you know the total row count from Col A, Col A doesn't have any blanks. Can someone suggest their formula or the best example on the forum.

but that doesnt incorparate the dynamic range of col A
