I would like to be able to have an automatic method for jumping 1 row, deleting 5 rows, jumping 1 row, then deleting 5 rows, throughout a large spreadsheet. Can anyone help?
Thanks in Advance,
Greg.

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.

Try this (edit to fit your needs):

Sub Macro1()
Range("A1").Select
Do While ActiveCell <> "" 'your criteria here
ActiveCell.Offset(1, 0).Rows("1:5").EntireRow.Select
Selection.Delete Shift:=xlUp
Loop

End Sub
