Okay, I'll try to explain my question to my friends. I apologize once again for my English. I use a formula within the data validation. =OFFSET(DATA!$C$1,MATCH(C2,DATA!$C$2:$C$3500.0),8;COUNTIF(DATA!$C$2:$C$3500,C2)). I've been having trouble replacing it with INDEX. The big problem found is referring to the COUNTIF, I can't find a way to put it inside the INDEX. I want to replace the OFFSET by the INDEX, because I need to get the information inside another WORKBOOK, and when I use the OFFSET structure it generates an error. In some forums people replace OFFSET by INDEX to search in another WORKBOOK, but I didn't find any formula.
similar to the one I use, replaced by INDEX. Therefore, I ask for help from friends so that they can help me. Thanks in advance for your help. Tks!!!
