Could someone please let me know how to remove a soft carriage return with a space in a text column.. I'm trying do a text to columns command and the text is wrapping and not seperating...
Also if there is an easier way to break up multiple ines of text in a address line other than text to colums please let me know..

Thanks in advance
Mike

I think you're referring to a line feed -- there is no character for soft carriage return.

In the Find dialog, press and hold the ALT key, and on the NUMERIC keypad, type 0010

In Replace, enter a space, then Replace All
