Dear All,

I am having database of Complaints. It's capturing Date, Region, Site, Type of the Product, etc.

However we want to get the report whenever run the query.
1. Date / Period / Monthwise - number of calls
2. Regionwise / Sitewise / Productwise - number of calls

The first two rows are constant & contains headers of the database. I have tried with Pivot table, But now it is showing some error while performing the required task - Because there are some blank cells in 1st & 2nd row & somewhere it is merged cells. That is why I am not able to use Pivot ther.

Thanks

Narendra

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Dear Andrew,

Thanks for showing intrest.

However it is fixed & link is there itself - I can't change the header is already fixed. Is there any way to do with some VBA code to fetch the data ?

Thanks

Sorry, I don't understand why you can't remove the merged cells. They are seldom necessary. Generally speaking VBA can only do wht you can do manually.
