Request for easy code to send email in VB

I would like some pretty straight forward code to send an email with an attachment. I currently can use the ActiveWorkbook.SendMail code with an array for all my email address, but it does not allow you to CC anyone or the text you want for the body.

I have tried several different suggestions from posts so I can do CC, BCC, body of email, etc, but cannot figure out where I have gone wrong.
