Restrict everything except cell input

Hi,
I wanted to "protect" a worksheet tab so that the user is only allowed to change the values of specified cells.

This is just for inputing values.

So I don't want them to be able to change the cell structure, formatting etc. How do I protect the worksheet to do this?

Select the cells you want un-locked & hit Ctrl 1 then on the protection tab uncheck the locked box, Ok
Then on the review tab, Select protect sheet & uncheck all boxes except for "select unlocked cells"
