I am very new to Power BI and I am trying to create a graph whereby I can see how many people have we retained since sign up.
I am taking an existing report and we currently calculate the churn rate so to get the retention rate, it should in theory be the difference in percentage from the churn.
So if 3.2% of people left (churn) after 1 month of sign up, I know my retention is 96.8%.
Any pointers as to how I can create a calculation to show this please?
