Hello there:
I have been unsuccessfully checking the Internet to find a solution for this task:
I want to convert a number (1 to 12, it is actually the [Month(date)] function) to its alpha equivalent, i.e.
1 = "One"
2 = "Two", etc.
Is there a function available to do this or do I have to write a VBA Sub, which I have done already? Having a huge accounting application I am trying to minimize code.
Thanks, anxiously awaiting any ideas.
Uwe

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Probably not the most stylish way but you could use

=CHOOSE(A1,"One","Two","Three","Four","Five","Six","Seven","Eight","Nine","Ten","Eleven","Twelve")
