returning a value from a validation list

I have a list of 150 wines in column A (rows 2-151). In Column B is the price of each wine. I used the Validation: List to make a drop down box of all of the wines at A1. What I need is the function in B1, that would see what wine is chosen from the drop down box at A1, find that in the list of wines (A2-A151) and see what the price is for that wine, located in coumn B (B2-B151) Is there a way I can do this?

VLOOKUP should suffice.

=VLOOKUP(A1,A2:B151,2,0)
