Cell C6 shows what time the agent should start at, ie. 08:30:00

D6 contains shows when the agent logged in, so for example 08:31:00

In cell E6 I have the formula =SUM(D6-C6) and this shows the variance as 00:01:00 which is fine.

However if the value in D6 is less than that In cell C6 I want it to show a negative time value but with the formula I have it just shows ############################

Please can anyone help me?

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
