My Wife's schedule is as follows

Week 1 Mon, Tues ON - Wed, Thur OFF - Fri, Sat, Sun ON
Week 2 Mon, Tues OFF - Wed, Thur ON - Fri, Sat, Sun OFF

I want to make a sheet where I just type in any given date and it will tell me if she's working that day or not!
Can anyone please help me with this?

May I could be a little more clear, here is an example, of her schedule, and it rotates like this continuously! I want to be able to type in any date (past present or future) and have it tell me if she is off or on. I had a sheet like this years ago but can't seem to find it, or figure it out again.
