Round in formula

Hi all,
A1 = 3,350
B1 = 61.28
C1 = 54.6671 (=A1/B1)

Please help me to apply round in the formula of C1 to bring figure 55

If 54.4517 than I want figure 54 (means round up for +0.5 and round down -0.5)
