Round Time Up or Down

Hi, I'm going to round my time data (format = [h]:mm:ss) to the nearest hour and was wondering how to go about doing this in Excel? For example, if a time value is 137:18:00 then I want Excel to round to the nearest hour, which 137. However, if the time is 137:30 then I was unsure how Excel would round this? Up or down? Thank you very much!
