Round to Next Month Formula

Hi Everyone, I am currently trying to create an excel formula which rounds to the first of the next month if it is past the first of the current month. So for example, if the date shown is 9/3, I would like to round to 10/1. Any help in creating this formula would be greatly appreciated.
