Rounding up angles to the nearest 5"

Hi, I need some help in making excel round a value to the nearest 5 seconds (5"). I have converted the decimal eg 17.189 to degrees, minutes, seconds by dividing the decimal value by 24 then custom formatting the cells to [h]° mm' ss\". How do i then display this value to the nearest 5 seconds (5")

Try this...

A2 = 17.189

=ROUND((A2/24)*17280,0)/17280

And apply your custom format.
