rows duplicate rows based on contents of 2 cels

All,
Been searching the forums and cannot find an answer. I have a large spreadsheet and i am looking to remove all duplicates if 2 cels have same info. Below is an example. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hostname is column V and Port is column X

Currently

10.101.160.104 443
10.101.160.104 443

What exactly is your question?
What are you trying to do?

If you are simply trying to remove all duplicates, use Excel's built-in "Remove Duplicates" functionality. You can indicate how many columns are to be used in the duplicate determination.
